Yes, even you can be a sophisticated taster! You will be involved in an interactive, professional level chocolate tasting. Geoseph will guide you through analyzing, tasting, and judging fine dark chocolate based on flavour and quality. In this workshop, we will cover chocolate neurogastronomy and learn tools for tasting that will last you a lifetime. We will focus on fine and craft bean to bar chocolate made in BC, North America, and from around the world.

Learn to enjoy chocolate based on what you know, not according to what you are told. An informed palate is a satisfied palate!  This workshops is open to anyone who loves chocolate or would like to learn what fine chocolate is all about.

The Host: Geoseph Domenichiello is a professional chocolatier and chocolate sommelier.  For over a decade, he has been educating, creating, and sharing all things chocolate in order to help others heighten their appreciation and level of satisfaction with chocolate.
